An approximately 5 km demonstration corridor would establish the national benchmark for planting systems, irrigation, visual quality and dependable maintenance.

Extend the demonstration into a major commuter corridor, applying the standards established on Beetham while adapting the design to local roadway conditions.

Carry the landscape programme into central Trinidad, with Grand Bazaar Interchange treated as a distinct gateway requiring coordinated design and delivery.
